Wildwood Preserve walk 120209
I was in a bit of a funk lately. Partially because of the changing weather and lack of sunlight and partially because of the unemployment situation. A friend told me that a study showed that twenty minutes of walking increases endorphins to bring people out of depression.
So I put up a note on meetup.com announcing I was walking the trails to make sure that I actually went. Well, I got to the park -no one was there – but that was okay.
I saw maybe 10 people in the park while I walked. I took the long multi-purpose trail through the woods, field, over a bridge or two, and a stopping at an outlook.
I took a lot of pictures. I’ve been playing around with some of the settings on the camera to get a variety of pictures. I’ve also been playing with the panorama assist to see what I can do.
I finished up just as it started raining. Good timing.
