Resolutions Update – Been a while…

Yeah, I know – it’s been a while.  I’ve let things get the best of me in the real world and I have treated this blog like a neglected parent.  I will try and do better in the future.

Well, my March resolution actually turned out relatively well.  I have decreased my sugar intake dramatically.  I thought I would miss out on cookies and cakes but once I started, it wasn’t so bad.  There were times I was tempted, but I’m continuing to work through it.  I’ve piggybacked by March resolution with Lent – so I have a few more weeks until Easter.  But I don’t think it’s going to be a problem.

Now onto April.  I’ve received suggestions on resolutions, but I’ve decided that I’m going to try and increase my exercise habits.  I’ve noticed that I have put on a little more weight than I really should have – and this has to stop.  With the warmer weather, I have to get out and get moving.  I need to break the habit of getting out of work and then getting right on the laptop.  There’s a few perfectly good parks on my way home that I should be spending some quality “sun” time.

I know it’s a little late in the month to make that announcement, but  – whatever.  That’s what I have going.
